Returns & Shipping Policies
Here at Charbonneau Shop, we stand behind our products 100%. We are confident in the partners and vendors we work with, and work hard to make sure our products are of the highest quality. It's important to us that you, as customers, feel the same about what you've chosen to have in your home. Our pieces are inspected prior to shipment, however if you do notice damages please let us know within 48 hours of receipt and our team will work to remedy a solution.
All of our items ship from within the United States. For in-stock items, our warehouse works to ship orders out within 5-7 business days. For qualifying North Houston zip codes, our Shop offers complimentary local delivery within 20 miles of 77385 and local pickup at our Studio warehouse. Due to the nature of our collection - handpicked, custom and truly unique pieces - we do not accept returns for our products. For any questions or concerns about a specific order, please contact our Charbonneau Shop team at Shop@CharbonneauInteriors.com. Should a return occur in a specialty case, the customer will be responsible for covering shipping costs.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order is submitted to our fulfillment center. If you have any questions please contact us at Shop@CharbonneauInteriors.com.
We unfortunately do not offer product exchanges at this time.
Damaged Goods Policy
While all of our pieces are inspected prior to shipment and are shipped in new condition, it’s possible that damages may occur during shipment. Solutions to damaged goods varies on a case-by-case basis. For questions about a damaged order, email our Shop team at Shop@CharbonneauInteriors.com.
