We are happy to offer custom textile design guidance with our Founder & Principal Designer Nancy Charbonneau. This consultation block is your opportunity to get expert guidance, thoughtful advice, and curated suggestions tailored exclusively for your pieces. On our 30 or 60 minute Zoom calls allows us to view your selections, review relevant photography and measurements you'll provide, we'll help craft a custom plan to fabricate your textile pieces.
During our Zoom call, we’ll:
- Explore your vision and inspirations
- Offer creative solutions and expert custom textile guidance
- Organize actionable steps for you to successfully complete a work order request so we can help make it happen!
After your consultation, you’ll receive a follow-up custom estimate with your custom pieces, so you can move forward with confidence. This Zoom Call allows for focused, collaboration, giving you access to our expertise exactly where you need it most.
By purchasing our Custom Workroom Design Consultation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Scope of Services: The client retains Charbonneau Interiors and/or its design assistant to provide interior design guidance and expertise based on the selected package. Services may include consultation to determine project needs, curated selections, sourcing guidance, concept recommendations, and step-by-step guidance to implement the designer's vision.
Design Fees: The purchase of a time block covers the hours specified in the selected package. Any additional consultation services outside the purchased time block, including a la carte services or follow-up consultations will require an additional time block to cover the cost of the extended time required.
Purchases & Responsibility: Charbonneau Interiors provides recommendations and shopping links for convenience. The designer client is solely responsible for the purchase, delivery, and any damages or issues with items purchased directly from vendors. Charbonneau Interiors is not responsible for product defects, warranties, or shipping issues.
Deliverables & Intellectual Property: All drawings, concepts, specifications, and documents prepared by Charbonneau Interiors are instruments of service and remain the exclusive property of Charbonneau Interiors.
Changes & Additional Work: Any changes requested after the consultation block has concluded can be fulfilled by purchasing an additional time block. A signed Change Order may be required to authorize the change.
Payment & Termination: Payment is due in full prior to scheduling the initial consultation. If the client terminates service prior to the completion of the purchased time block, client forfeits the remainder of time block.Upon completion of the consultation block, this agreement concludes; any future services will require a new agreement.
Limitation of Liability: Charbonneau Interiors provides guidance and recommendations in good faith. Final design decisions, purchases, installations, and project outcomes remain the responsibility of the designer client. Charbonneau Interiors is not liable for damages, losses, or unforeseen issues arising from the client’s implementation of design recommendations.
