This package is your opportunity to gain expert guidance, thoughtful recommendations, and practical tools to streamline your firm’s workflows, without the full commitment of a full-service, completely custom operations overhaul. Whether you’re looking to refine project management, align your team, or optimize your systems, we’ll help you build a structure that supports your business and design projects.

Over this 10 Hour Time Block, we’ll:

  • Conduct a thorough investigation of your current setup and provide a curated list of suggestions for custom fields to better support your projects.
  • Divide data in your workspace and recommend categories based on your existing structure.
  • Provide a detailed questionnaire to refine our suggestions and ensure they’re aligned with your team’s needs.
  • Host a 60-minute Zoom session with our full Asana team to walk your company through implementation.
  • Offer a 30-minute follow-up Zoom to troubleshoot and fine-tune your setup.

This package allows for focused, in-depth collaboration, giving you access to our expertise and systems knowledge exactly where you need it most.

 


 

By purchasing our Asana Consultation Package, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Scope of Services: The client retains our team to provide operational consulting and recommendations based on the purchased package. Services may include workspace analysis, field and category suggestions, structured questionnaires, and live guidance for implementation.

Consulting Fees: The purchase of this package covers the investigation, questionnaire, 60-minute Zoom session, and 30-minute follow-up session as outlined. Any additional consulting services beyond this package will require a separate purchase.

Responsibility: We provide tools, structured recommendations, and actionable guidance to optimize your Asana workspace. To ensure our recommendations are accurate and tailored to your needs—including custom fields and template structure—the client and their team must fully complete and provide the questionnaire we supply, documenting workflows, processes, and key details. The client and their team remain responsible for implementation, adoption, and ongoing maintenance of the system. Without this information, we cannot provide specific guidance for custom fields or template setup.

Deliverables & Intellectual Property: All templates, suggestions, documents, and recommendations prepared by our team are instruments of service and remain the exclusive property of our firm. They are intended for use by the client for the specific project and may not be replicated, shared, or sold without prior written consent.

Changes & Additional Work: Any additional sessions, requested changes, or extended consulting outside the purchased package can be scheduled with the purchase of an additional block.

Payment & Termination: Payment is due in full prior to scheduling the investigation and consultation. If the client terminates service before completion, the client forfeits the remaining portion of the package. Upon completion of the consultation package, this agreement concludes; any future services will require a new agreement.

Limitation of Liability: We provide recommendations in good faith to improve operational workflows. Final implementation, team adoption, and project outcomes remain the responsibility of the client. Our team is not liable for delays, adoption issues, or unforeseen challenges that may arise.
